It all started with an application for the same by Gordana Vojisavljevi\u0107, the mother of a student who attends this school.<\/p>\n<p>The school in Pru\u017eatovac is a small school with only 12 students, children from the kindergarten &quot;Jelica Obradovi\u0107&quot;, two teachers Ivana Davidovi\u0107 and Emilija Mijailovi\u0107, a teacher and aunt Slavica Mijailovi\u0107 who takes very good care of the school. The old school on that site was founded at the beginning of the 20th century, and the new one was built in 1979. The ravages of time have taken their toll and unfortunately half of the school is no longer functional. It is very risky to walk to the toilet through a part of the school that was prone to collapse, the school had no heating and unfortunately for years it has been losing students.<\/p>\n<p>With Tamara&#039;s action, and with the great help of local private individuals and the local government, the risky part of the school was demolished, new toilets were built for children, then for teaching staff, heating was installed with a heat pump system, the carpentry was replaced, the facade was done and the interiors of two classrooms, the kindergarten section and the assembly hall were completely renovated. The school has new floors, lighting and ceilings as well as new furniture. The schoolyard was also renovated, as well as the fence around the entire site. Thanks to this special action in which dozens of workers participated, we hope that the school will have as many students as possible in the coming years.
