Branch school
Koraćica

The school in Koraćica has a tradition of over 170 years. It began operating in 1852, at a time when school buildings in Serbia were still a rarity, and it once operated as an independent eight-year school.

Since 1972, the school in Koracica has been part of the "Kosta Đukić" Elementary School in Mladenovac. Today, as a separate department, it continues to be an important place of education, socialization, and gathering of students and their families.

Located in the natural surroundings of Koraćica, at the foot of Kosmaj, the school fosters close cooperation between students, teachers, parents and the local community. Teaching takes place in a stimulating and pleasant environment, with special attention paid to the individual development of each student.

Address: Raje Stepanovića 9, 11415 Koraćica

Reconstruction of the school building

The school building in Koraćica was renovated in several phases, with the aim of providing students and employees with better conditions for teaching, working and living. During 2022, the third phase of renovation of the separate department of the "Kosta Đukić" Primary School was underway, as part of which the carpentry was also replaced.

The renovation of the building represents an important step in preserving a school with a long tradition and adapting it to modern needs. A more organized, functional and pleasant school space contributes to better quality daily work and allows the school to remain an important place of education, growth and gathering of the local community.
