The International Day of Peace, also known as World Peace Day, is a holiday celebrated every year on September 21st.

On this occasion, students from grades 4/1, 4/2 and 4/3a, along with their teachers, visited the Gerontological Center in Mladenovac, where they prepared a suitable cultural and artistic program for the Center's users.

 

Before the start of our program, we had the opportunity to have our oldest address us through poems, stories and skits. The students introduced themselves through song, dance and performance of a dramatic text, showing their creativity, effort and unity. The program took place in a pleasant and cordial atmosphere, with the socialization of students and users of the Center. With this visit, the students had the opportunity to promote peace, unity, respect and intergenerational solidarity through song, dance and socialization, but also to brighten the day of their older fellow citizens. The visit was filled with smiles, beautiful moments and shared joy, and the students once again showed that kindness, attention and friendship are best shared with others.
